"I ordered an iPad, and the product page said it would ship in 24-48 hours. After seven days, I hadn't heard anything so I emailed customer service. The reply? "Looks like this order is under manual review from our credit card department due to the item being an apple product." Uh... don't you guys sell a LOT of Apple products? Why was this information NOT on the product page? Was anybody going to notify me there was a problem? Why did I have to contact them? ORDER CANCELLED and I purchased it elsewhere.
